INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Would you like to plant a church, but want some experience first? Have you considered missions, but aren’t sure if ministry is for you? Are you thinking about Campus ministry?
Aletheia is excited to offer the Aletheia Internship Program for emerging church leaders looking to grow in ministry experience. Each intern will choose a concentration area (Campus Ministry, Church Planter-in-Residence, Discipleship, or Worship/Creative Arts), and will receive specialized training and ministry experience in that particular area.
What does an Aletheia Intern Do?
Aletheia interns will gain experience in the following areas:
- Personal Development – Each intern is personally overseen by a staff mentor. Through this relationship, the goal is to grow in personal holiness, relational intelligence, and learn how to function effectively within the context of a team.
- Ministry Development – Interns will participate in staff meetings, serve during weekly worship gatherings, small group leadership, and the development of personal discipleship relationships. Interns will also have the chance to pioneer new areas of ministry within their field of interest through special projects.
- Theological Development – Interns will be instructed in theology, biblical studies, and the interpretation of Scripture. The goal of this instruction is to lay a solid biblical foundation for future ministry growth.
That’s helpful, but I have more Questions.
