Connect to Community!

Aletheia Church is not something you go to, it’s a community to be a part of, centered around the person and mission of Jesus Christ.

We’re a new church actively working to build a great Boston, renewed by the TRUTH, GRACE, and CHANGING POWER of the Gospel.  Part of how we do that, is by connecting to each other in community groups.

What is a Community Group?

A Community Group is a gathering of people around the city at a certain time and place, usually weekly, to discuss the Scriptures, pray for each other, make friends, and help accomplish our mission of bringing the Gospel to our city and each other.  There’s always food, and it’s a great place to make friends.

I’m Busy.  Why should I come?

Following Jesus, loving each other, and deepening in our love for God and the world isn’t something you can do alone. In short, we need each other. And, our city needs a communities within it of love and transformation. So, because following Christ is about much more than what we can do on Sundays, we need to be living life in Community. For more on this idea, check out our Reason and Rhythms.

  1. Hey what do you do at these groups? I’m up for checking out a wed/thu night. :) I haven’t been able to make it to a service because I usually work every Sunday. I still listen to podcasts from my fave church in Texas from when I lived there, The Village. It’s how I found out about Aletheia, through a series of links, etc. Just the kind of place I was looking for.
