Dreams for the Future: A Church of Change

I’ve been walking through my thoughts behind some of our CORE VALUES, namely TRUTH and GRACE.  The final value… CHANGE.

It’s my hope that Aletheia will be a place where its “okay to not be okay.”  But, it must also be true that it won’t be okay to stay that way.

The whole idea behind planting this church is to facilitate forward change and progress for everyone, everywhere, at all times.  For the lost, this means to repent and believe.  For the Christian this means growth in sanctification.  For the church this means growth and planting.  For small groups, it means multiplication.  For the city it means changing social injustices.

So yes, we deeply value CHANGE.  Forward gospel progress for the good of our city and the glory of God.
